Sparrow & the Nest trying to Move?
I didn’t notice it until Swamplot reported it, but Sparrow and the Nest, on Studewood is for sale.
CLosing? Moving? Maybe
According to Swamplot, the shop remains open, business as usual. If it sells they will just move down the street.
However, at $595,000, I don’t think they’ll be moving anytime soon. MLS #69310200 $442/SF is high will be a tough sell.
Do stop in and talk to them. I bought my grandson Zach a “onesy” there. They had to explain to me what a “onesy” is, but it was cute & artistic.
